Dior has gained incredible popularity in recent years. So much that I love to talk about it. Dior is good at releasing addictive shoes and bags. I just can’t get enough of them. But in terms of classic bags, I think the Lady Dior Bag is the only one that’s worth the investment. It’s the only bag that really retains value and has a long history. Which Dior bag would I buy? The most classic is the Lady Dior Bag. I would aim for that one first. This bag has been with the house since 1995. It’s popular thanks to Princess Diana. This bag is beautiful, a statement-maker and it retains value as well.
The Dior Book Tote is not only useful, but it’s also mainstream popular. I see a lot of people carrying this handbag, because it can store so many items. The design is also gorgeous. It’s embellished with the logo. This bag was launched in 2018, but I do believe it’s now one of the house’s iconic items; there is no doubt about that. The resale value is not so good though; I can see people selling it for lower than the retail price. This bag is usually made from canvas, so you need to baby it as well.
The Dior Saddle Bag made an astonishing comeback in 2018. People love it, because it’s the first designer bag ever that has the shape of a horse saddle. And who doesn’t love horses? The biggest complaint is the size though, because it can’t carry many essentials inside. The bag is just too small, flat and stiff. You don’t want to fill it up, because you can potentially damage it. The resale value is not so good either. But to be honest, I love this bag because of the style and if you love it too, you should just get it.
